These terms cover the Tracked Signals website and membership.

What you buy

A membership is a single payment of $49 that gives one person access to the members' pages for as long as the service runs. It includes every channel in the database, channels added later, and the right to request channels. The records are history: each channel's scored signals and deleted posts up to the end of the previous month, refreshed monthly. Live data (this week's signals, alerts and reports on the channels you follow) will be a separate monthly subscription, Watch. Access is personal: one membership per person, not to be shared or resold.

What the service is

Measurements of past posts in trading-signal channels, made under the published method. It is not financial advice, a recommendation, or a signal service, and past results do not predict future ones. Trading involves the risk of losing money.

What you may do with the data

Use it for your own decisions. Do not copy the members' pages or data in bulk, republish them, or resell them.

Requests

Requesting a channel does not guarantee it will be added. Paid VIP channels are added by group buy: each requested channel shows its monthly cost and how many backers it needs. When it is fully funded we subscribe and record it; if it is not fully funded within 30 days, every backer is refunded automatically. Backers are also refunded if a channel cannot be measured (images only, private, or it removes us). A request or a backing pays for measurement, never for a result: every result is published to all members. Channel owners cannot request or back their own channels. We decide how long to keep recording a channel.

Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms with notice on this page. If the service closes, members will be told at least 30 days ahead.
