How we measure
The rules were written down before any channel's signals were priced, and they are the same for every channel.
What we read
Public Telegram channels, read without joining or paying, and paid VIP channels. A post counts as a signal when it states a side, an entry (or "now"), a stop and a target on an instrument we have prices for: gold, silver, 18 currency pairs, the Nasdaq 100 and the Dow (broker prices), or a crypto pair listed on Binance USDT-M futures (with a 0.155% round-trip cost). Signals from 1 March 2024 onward are scored (one crypto channel from November 2022).
For paid channels, post times are when we received each signal, so a member of the channel may have seen some signals earlier. Their pages show the verdict and the numbers but not the individual signals, which are the channel's paid content, and no deleted share.
How a signal is taken
- The follower enters at the broker's price at the start of the minute after the post: the ask for a buy, the bid for a sell. Limit and stop orders wait up to 72 hours.
- The whole position closes at the first target or the stop. If one minute touches both, we count the stop.
- Spread and commission are included. Positions still open after 72 hours are closed at the market.
- Results are in R: profit or loss divided by the amount at risk at the follower's own entry.
The comparison that matters
A positive average proves little on its own: markets drift, and a channel that only buys gold will look good in a gold rally. So each channel is compared with random entries taken on the same side, at the same times, with the same stops and targets. A channel "beats random entries" only when its result is rare among those random runs (the bar is 0.0011, strict because 47 channels were tested at once), when it also beats random stop and target placement, and when both halves of its history are positive.
Win rate is not the result
A channel that hits its target 80% of the time can still lose. If the target is a quarter of the stop, it needs 80% just to break even. Every full record shows the target-hit rate next to the rate its own targets and stops require.
Deleted posts
Telegram numbers a channel's posts in order, so a gap in the numbers is a post that was removed. We report the share of missing numbers. From October 2026 we also record every post when it appears and check it again 1 hour, 6 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days later, keeping the text of anything later deleted or edited.
Limits
- Forex, gold and index prices come from one broker (BlackBull: 1-minute data, and 15-minute bars before that for some pairs, where a bar touching both the stop and the target counts as the stop); crypto from Binance USDT-M futures. Another venue's spreads and fills would move results slightly.
- Signals posted only as images, and posts we could not read, are not scored. Each page says how many signals were scored.
- Past results describe the past. A channel can improve or get worse.
