Privacy

What we keep

• Accounts: your email address, the date you signed up, where you signed up, and the one channel you opened free.
• Members: your email address, the date you joined, and your channel requests.
• Lists you join: the waitlist from before opening, "tell me when it's measured" and the Watch list (your email and which list).
• Watch, if you link Telegram: your Telegram user id, so the bot knows your subscription.
• Sign-in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Visit counts: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We also count, per day and without any identity, clicks on the join, backing and free-channel buttons.

Who processes it

• Payments: Stripe. We never see your card details. When you are signed in, your email is passed to the checkout so the payment reaches your account.
• Emails: Resend. Hosting and data storage: Cloudflare.

What we do with it

Sign you in, send the sign-in links and updates you asked for, and count channel requests. We do not sell or share your details.

Free accounts opened from 5 October 2026 get at most two short follow-up emails: one if the free channel is still unused after two days, and one a few days after it is used. Members get neither. Every follow-up has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect sign-in.

Deleting your data

Ask at corrections@trackedsignals.com and we delete your details within 30 days.
